Detailed Info: Responsible to perform Requirement Analysis of Onboarding and Implementation Business Requirements and recommend options to business

Coordinate interactions with shared services team such as GIDA, GLMS, etc.

Work with Portfolio Managers to document scope of work and provide key business and technology stakeholders a walkthrough of end to end Onboarding Process and key success factors

Document opportunities to integrate systems and resources to fulfill project requirements

Ensure relationships between end-users and project team members are strong and are maintained through effective communication

Focus on the customer and functional areas of the program and provides technology respective to resolve conflicts and manage customer expectations

Work with appropriate clients to identify, prioritize and coordinate new system developments and/or enhancements

Work with appropriate stakeholders to develop project scope of work documents and project plans that include an analysis of benefit, cost, work schedule and any related risks, assumptions, actions and issues

Assign schedules, training, demonstrations, review deliverables, and monitor project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget

Facilitate amicable solutions to the above with appropriate stakeholder(s)

Development/Computing Environment: Define the responsibilities of external and internal parties involved in projects including end users, management, IT management, project team, vendors and others affected by each project

Identify, track, monitor and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of the application

Maintain effective communication and working relationships with stakeholder(s) and project team members

Identify the technical approach to be used on a given IT project and manage the system development process including the development of a strategic plan, systems analysis, technical design, coding, testing and user acceptance of the IT application

Develop system review schedules, audits and acceptance tests for each phase of a project

Develop proposals, evaluate responses, provide leadership and guidance based on strategic guidelines outlined by senior management

Identify and document opportunities to leverage and/or integrate other systems and resources to fulfill project requirements

In different countries and regions, coordinate with local technology teams to develop technical workarounds and solutions based on legal, regulatory and company policy constraints

Prepare and presents oral and/or written technical reports and project presentations on a weekly, monthly and/or quarterly basis to working groups and executive committees
