Detailed Info: Lead, Automation Solutions
Work with a high-performing team of professionals to achieve positive outcomes
Develop & deliver technology solutions, including architectural approach/blueprints, for various business opportunities, primarily using Workflow Manager tools within MS SharePoint.
Work with function heads and process optimization/improvement teams to identify automation opportunities that lead to more efficient processes.
Implement and maintain SDLC processes critical to the function such as project management, change control, requirements analysis, systems analysis, testing, documentation, etc.
Collaborate with vendors on fostering innovation
Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a strong sense of urgency
Accomplished change leader, demonstrates a flexible approach and resilience to setbacks; able to drive operating and culture change
A minimum of 7 or more years of application development management in financial services, including command of SDLC and PMO methodologies.
2 years or more of Project Management Office and/or Program Management experience
Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions to challenging business problems
The successful candidate must have an in-depth understanding of a broad set of technologies used by large enterprises in the financial services industry along with an acute understanding of business processes, operations, risks, and controls in the financial services industry.
Solid understanding across the breadth of commercially used information technology and development platforms (Mainframe, client-server, web based and mobile). Specifically, strong knowledge of
SharePoint (WSS & MOSS or SharePoint 2010)
Enterprise Content Management
Extremely strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
Able to create a strong network of relationships among peers, internal partners, external constituencies, decision makers and stakeholders
A deep understanding of the changing economics and operational capabilities of the Private Label Cards business coupled with knowledge of broader consumer financial business models is a plus
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines or equivalent experience
