Skills required for the position: Business Analyst with work experience in CRM Platforms (4yrs+) and Digital/Omnichannel Marketing (2yr+) and familiarity with relavant technologies (DMP, DSP, Display Media), Optimization and Testing tools
Detailed Info: Partner with Marketing, Decision Management and other pertinent teams
Understand marketing technology capabilities and how campaigns can be set up and deployed for on-site marketing programs
Be experienced with CRM platforms, and customer lifecycle marketing programs
Serve as an internal champion of new digital and omnichannel strategies for and our partners
Understand the big picture, conceptualize complex technology solutions, help facilitate daily technical calls between internal and external parties as necessary on behalf of the business
Have an understanding of development and testing technical environments and the migration of code from one to another as per software development lifecycle
Create and manage campaign specification artifacts necessary for the successful deployment of marketing campaigns throughout the IT/development lifecycle
Assist with testing real-time 3rd party interactions and campaigns
Help oversee vendors and IT deliverables and coordinate with internal teams to deliver new marketing technology solutions.
Demonstrate impeccable project management skills-manage execution schedules and timelines
Offer marketing advice and suggestions on campaigns to the internal marketing clients
Maintain a close working relationship across various functional areas - Marketing, Decision Management, Risk etc. in ensuring timely response to business needs and requests
Minimum 5 years digital/omnichannel marketing and CRM/database marketing experience
working with audience and platform integration team
understanding integration tools - architecture/solutions
Minimum 5 years relevant experience with digital marketing programs, audience management, campaign development or related experience in ad tech
Strong understanding of (and experience with) the digital marketing ecosystem, specifically expertise with DSP, DMP, display media, onsite campaign management and optimization and testing tools (i.e. Optimizely, RocketFuel/X+1, Oracle Maxymizer)
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with expertise in online targeting In depth knowledge of integrated marketing and digital disciplines
Conversant with current trends, tools, vendors, and solutions in marketing technology
A high-energy disposition combined with the ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Ability to operate successfully in a remote office and effectively leverage team members in other geographies
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with expertise in online targeting
Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and rapidly changing business needs
Ability to build partnerships across the organization to drive for results
Vendor management and oversight experience.
