Detailed Info: To assist in creating the US team delivering to global objectives, and global and regional regulatory requirements with a specific focus on BCBS 239 and Federal Reserve IHC and CCAR requirements.
To assist in driving the strategy and agenda for the group globally including specifying global solution for Data Quality Management and Assessment, Reconciliation and Remediation including helping drive key elements of the Data Quality Framework.
Key elements of the role will be working closely with Senior Regional Regulatory Finance and Risk stakeholders and helping to shape and drive our CoE Production centers Design and execute a control environment to identify and address data and reporting exceptions.
Analyse and resolve systemic data and data process issues Data Assurance Execute reconciliations including Intercompany exposure, regulatory controls, exposure controls Identify and remediate gaps Communicate and monitor breaks.
Perform root cause analysis Design reconciliations & monitor issue resolution Remediation Receive and analyse stakeholder queries and systemic issues.
Prioritise with stakeholders and drive the book of work Develop and implement BAU solutions
Development/Computing Environment: Degree level education for Top Tier University / Qualified Accountant with Top Tier Firm / MBA
7-12 years relevant Investment Banking experience in Finance / Risk Control functions with Regulatory exposure
Strong Finance / Risk /Product Control experience
Strong control / reconciliation experience
Ability to clearly articulate and present to Senior Management and Regional Stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communications including Presentation
Strong Stakeholder Management skills
Ability to create and lead High performing Teams
Strong attention to details.
