Detailed Info: Responsible for overall management of transitions of Voice Services into an operational status.

Responsible for overall management of ServiceNow (SN) CMDB (Configuration Management Database) related to Voice services which is utilized globally and cross-functionally.

Facilitates all Voice Service Transition activities relating to projects, suppliers and service teams.

Oversees all Voice Service Transition deliveries and ensure they match business and support requirements.

Accountable for overall management of the IT Service Transition function and processes for Voice. (Service Transition Process, Operational Readiness Checklist, Configuration Management and Change Management).

Manages communications among all stakeholders to ensure an appropriate handover of Voice Service Transitions, migrations and deployments.

Establishes internal voice SN CMDB procedures, creates process flows, and develop internal PowerPoint training presentations for Voice related procedures working directly with the Document & Control managers that ensure consistency and equity in support of short and long term organizational strategies and goals.

Provides reporting and analysis on resource usage, project/transition progress to senior level stakeholders.

Champions the business values for effective controls to be applied prior to the introduction of new or changed services into the Production environment.

Development/Computing Environment: 4-5 yrs ServiceNow experience required

Excellent communications skills (Verbal and Written)

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent reporting and analytical capabilities

MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access, Visio)

Desire MS Visual Studio or equivalent (SQL)

Process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, LEAN)

IT Service Management frameworks (ITIL).
