Detailed Info: to manage windows servers, storage, and networking components. Manage desktop and mobile clients. Provide hands-on support for end users. Trouble-shoot and prioritize help desk issues. Follow standard procedure and record resolution. Setup new users, PCs, VoIP phones. Plan and execute complex infrastructure projects
Work Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. (Some weekend and evening hours for scheduled network maintenance)
Development/Computing Environment: Windows Server (2012 and 2012 R2) and Active Directory. PC hardware and software maintenance (Windows 7). Configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Office. vMware vSphere. Basic networking and connectivity - DHCP, DNS, Cabling, etc. 3-5 years of experience. Bachelors in Computer Science or technical training..
