Detailed Info: The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert for the Identity and Access Management space more specifically will be responsible for the engineering of a cross platform Privileged Access Management solution as part of the broader Morgan Stanley Privileged IT Access agenda. He or she will collaborate with technology stakeholders from the Windows and Unix OS platform engineering teams; representatives of the Enterprise Project Management group to gather internal client requirements, translate them into new solutions and deliver them to clients; and also work with IT Security Operations team to assist them with the day to day support of the product as an engineering escalation contact. Additionally he or she will be a technical contact working closely with the vendor on feature requests or support cases.We are looking for a cross discipline engineer experienced in Windows and Linux operating systems with solid Security background strong driver to grow and work on mission critical projects in the challenging cyber-security environment. The successful candidate will be expected to: -Deliver robust, highly available privileged access management services to support critical infrastructure or business aligned internal IT functions of the firm. Onboard new use cases onto the privileged access management platform - e.g. Windows system ID password management -Download, integrate, certify and validate new versions of 3rd party Privileged Access Management products on the
Development/Computing Environment: Communicate requirements to 3rd party vendors Verify the delivery of the new features.
Provide follow the sun engineering coverage along with Europe based counterparts, to act as escalation contact for production support issues handled by the Security Operations Team.Skills Required -Excellent understanding of Windows and Active Directory administration -Excellent knowledge/experience on Windows Authentication -Hands on deployment and management experience with at least one enterprise privileged access management solution -Good understanding of basic security concepts - authentication, authorization, auditing -Good technical documentation skills to produce engineering and end user documentation -Good communication skills -Good knowledge/experience with scripting languages -Good scripting skill in PowerShell and/or Python -Established track record of process analysis optimization and automation Skills Desired: -Experience operating in a large, global, compartmentalized enterprise environment -Deployment, administration and management experience with CyberArk or Hitachi ID Privileged Access Manager?C# development experience -Good knowledge/experience on Linux authentication concepts and products -Linux System administration skills?Good understanding of advanced security concepts cryptography -Good knowledge of Kerberos.
