Detailed Info: To provide end-user telephone,desk-side and remote technical assistance to end users.

Strong desktop troubleshooting skills will be used to handletechnical support request and determine root cause including diagnosing and resolving issues with PC's, laptops, printers and peripherals.In additional to technical support you will be responsible for imaging PC's, deploying and configuration software and managing technology requests and account creation.

Development/Computing Environment: 5+ years experience in desktop support.

Strong background with Windows and MAC Operating Systems.

General understanding of TCP/IP networking.

General understanding of Google Suite. Experience with deploying desktop updates on a 20+ onsite users. Experience supporting common user peripherals (business cell phones, etc.) Ability to configure hardware/software, including desktop computers, laptops, printers, and desk phones for new users and work with supplier or vendor when servicing required. Excellent attitude and work ethic as well as strong problem solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as work in a team environment. Ability to learn & support new technologies quickly. Ability to prioritize work quickly in order to deal with the most pressing issues, yet still keep all end-users satisfied with the overall level of support..
