Detailed Info: The Senior Operations Analyst (SOA) is responsible for the processing, reviewing and approving security position changes and security holder correspondence. The nature of the role means that the processing undertaken by the team will generally involve time critical, complex and often regulated tasks including interaction with internal and external parties.
Your responsibilities will be primarily, but not limited to the following:
The legal examination and processing on internal recordkeeping systems of registred physical bonds presented for transfer, reregistration or replacement
Respond to security holder inquires that are received on the customer service phone line or group email address
Research and resolution of historical transactions and proof reconciliations
End of day preparation and / or review of checklists assigned to ensure all critical tasks were completed within the prescribed timeframe
Creating and reviewing of process flows and team procedures
Responsible for ad-hoc projects including user access testing, production verification testing and process improvement evaluation and implementation
Reviewing deliverables versus the pipeline of incoming transactions
Development/Computing Environment: Relevant experience in one or more specific technical areas
Product and system knowledge in the product line
Basic analytical skills, flexible regarding production problem solving
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and local language (written/verbal) as appropriate
Ability to work in virtual teams and in a matrix organizations
Excellent team worker, able to work in virtual global teams and a matrix organization
Ability to work in fast paced environment, keep pace with technical innovation and maintain a broad understanding of the GBS offering
Open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members
Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent).
