Minimum Qualifications Required:
Technical Skills: 3+ years of prior AML/KYC and Client On-Boarding experience, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, SalesForce
Soft Skills: Excellent Verbal and written communication skills

Start Date: Immediately to 2 weeks pending background check clearance.
Duration: 6 Months to 2 or more Years. Renewable. Based on Individual Performance. Full Time Perm Employee Conversion Potential.
The KYC Administrator will primarily be responsible for ensuring that all new client relationships for Asset & Wealth Management have undergone the appropriate client identification screening as mandated by AWMs Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Client (KYC) procedures. The Administrator will work closely with Regional Compliance and Sales as well as its counterparts in other regions. The Administrator must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, prioritize work assignments, communicate effectively with internal staff and clients, and complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner. Follow-through skills and time management are critical elements of this position.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
Knowledge and interest in Asset Management industry and familiarity with industry jargon
Strong work ethic, commitment to excel and proven capacity to work effectively with minimum supervision and under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, unstructured environment while producing quality work
Strong communication, writing, analytical and organization skills
Experience in compliance or other client service exposure desired
Retail mutual fund or hedge fund experience desired
Strong Team Player skills as well as ability to work independently
High level of comfort in dealing with all levels of management
Familiarity with Salesforce.com a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
