Detailed Info: PMO/Program Manager Lead for Market, Treasury, Operational and Collateral Risk Working on high profile program.

This management support role will be responsible for interpretation and dissemination of project information, process ownership, process improvement, and establishing best practices and processes in the PMO. The role will see the development of a suite of proactive reporting, visualization and communication, leveraging the data within multiple complex enterprise project management tools, to advise the PMO and senior technology managers of the overall health of their initiatives and identify areas that require remediation.

This role requires experience with regulatory programs as well as an expert in the system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.) is a pre-requisite.

In addition, the role must also have experience in the Front Office. This role requires experience with establishing and managing large scale programs and the enterprise tools that are used to track large initiatives ad programs.

KPI's will also be defined and agreed upon with KPI monitoring implemented to monitor adherence to governance milestones. The candidate must also be savvy in communicating at all levels of the organization, able to build rapport and partnerships, and be able to easily communicate status and issues to senior management effectively.

Development/Computing Environment: 7 - 10 years of Program or Project management experience.

Consulting experience is preferred but not required.

PM Industry knowledge or experience preferred, PMP a plus. Primarily, the individual needs strong skills in program management/planning, presentations and excellent oral and written communication skills. The individual should have highly proficient skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (including Pivot tables), and MS project, and have the ability to learn quickly, work in a fast-paced, environment, take initiative/ownership and take on various assignments/roles as required in order to drive results.

3 + years financial services experience in Enterprise Risk or Finance will be a definite advantage..
