Detailed Info: RPA COE is responsible for the for the architecture of Robotic Automation platform, architecture of robotic processes, definition of reusable components to define various robotic processes, and to work with a selected vendor to ensure that that architectural blueprint is implemented. The candidate will also work with the business and various lines to architect various robotic processes.

The ideal candidate will look after the architecture of the RPA plant, RPA processes during this multi-year effort. The candidate will also define and enforce development lifecycle, and will review process implementations for maintainability.

Primary responsibilities:

RPA tool Administration: Lead the Installation, network and monitoring setup, upgrade, Control room setup

RPA Development: Design and development using latest RPA versions, policy and rules based on business requirements.

Troubleshooting with multistep probe, log analysis, network packet capture, XML capture and analysis

RPA implementation: Lead cross sector teams for the complete integration life cycle starting from design sessions, Architecture and interface design solution implementation

Responsible for development, implementation and configuration management of security policies for Automation use cases

Perform architecture, design and review of development policies for adherence to standards and best practices

Support full lifecycle implementation of the RPA program including Dev, Integration, QA, UAT

Development/Computing Environment: Required Skills and Experience

Minimum 5 yrs. of solid software architecture development experience using C#, .net

Extensive experience in building SOAP-based and RESTful web services

Experience working with at least one relational database such as Sybase, DB2 or Oracle. DB2 and SQLserver experience desirable

Advanced knowledge of OOA/OOD and the ability to understand and utilize design patterns

Familiarity with source control systems like Git/Stash

Strong communication skills allowing effective collaboration with developers, operations and business

Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, or related discipline

Hands-on experience of various areas like .NET, Visual Studio, Web Technologies, Microsoft Technologies, Windows internals is a must

Design and implementation knowledge of process-automation. Knowledge of one RPA tools like Blue Prism, Open Span, Automation Anywhere, Work Fusion.

Strong problem solving and root cause identification skills


Domain Knowledge

Knowledge of one or more Investment banking operations domain (e.g. Confirm, Settlement, Positions, Corporate Actions, Gain/Loss, Tax etc)
