Detailed Info: KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for responding to employee benefit questions that may not be routed to the HR Service Center. Queries may be complex in nature and may need to work with senior benefits staff to resolve. Customer/client focus is key in this role.
Process leave of absence requests in the U.S. in accordance with the firms leave of absence policies including monitoring eligibility, coordinating pay and benefits, communicating with employee, manager and Human Resources Business Partner as needed.
Responsible for processing payroll/benefits related items for monthly or semi-monthly payrolls.
Assist with 401k-related inquiries/ tasks.
Assist with annual enrollment benefit process
Coordinate with off-shore Finance team to ensure documentation and payment of benefit invoices.
Prepare and distribute regular benefit reports, extracting data maintained in the benefits system.
Additional projects as assigned.
Development/Computing Environment: REQUIRED EDUCATION/TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2-3 years benefits related experience.
Self-starter with a proven track record showing organization and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Customer focused, demonstrating diplomacy, clarity and influence in dealing with highly sensitive information to both HR counterparts and employees.
Must be a team player with high level of enthusiasm.
Proficient in any HRIS (Workday Preferred), Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Workday experience a plus.
