The RPA Development Lead is responsible for supporting the Corporate Application Development Manager with deliver of Robotic Automation Process development and enhancements.
This role will require the successful candidate to be a hands-on technical lead within a team of delivery vendors, solution architects, infrastructure engineers and Segment project managers. Additionally, the RPA Development Lead will be accountable for successfully managing the design, development and testing of automation processes or capability within the firms Enterprise RPA Environments and for championing the adoption of industry best practices and standards.
Design and develop new RPA automation processes, tasks, and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
Take business requirements, current and future state process designs and translate them into Process Definition (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
Support project teams with proposals, RFP responses, due diligence and project setup as needed to ensure seamless transition into POC / projects delivery within AXIS RPA Enterprise environments.
Work collaboratively within project and enhancement teams throughout development, testing and parallel phases including transition of processes into support.
Working within project and enhancement planning constraints, communicate and manage identified project risks and issues and provide inputs to the change control process.
Educate business stakeholder and project teams on RPA / Blue Prism best practices and inform on potential IT costs
Coordinate AXIS IT infrastructure activities in support of projects and enhancements e.g. new servers, process service account, AD Groups etc.
Leveraging industry best practices and experience, identify automation opportunities and recommend automation solutions including architectural and technical designs.
Contribute to design / coding standards, policies and procedures for continually improve for rapid and repeatable delivery.
