Detailed Info: We are looking for junior level QA Analyst, who is a strong team player, can work independently and who can also collaborate with colleagues via email, instant messaging and telephony. In this position, the candidate must have good organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail. The candidate will need to create test plans, test cases, and documentation as well as execute test plans/cases for new/existing applications. Assist project manager to gather and review business requirements and documentation for various projects. Minute project meetings and gathering of the requirements. Liaise collaboratively with developers. Support planning of new/existing projects. Ensure that requirements are testable. Create end-to-end test plan, tests cases and test reports on numerous projects. Execute planned testing of the requirements for several projects and ensure that all the objectives are met. Identifying bugs/issues in new/existing processes, understanding how to resolve them and report to developers. Follow-through and conduct post-release/post-implementation testing. Write documentation for new/existing applications/processes. Perform periodic updates of the existing documentation for the new features of existing application/process.
Development/Computing Environment: Minimum of 2 years' experience in Quality Assurance. Ability to think abstractly and see how small details fit into the bigger picture. A meticulous approach to work and to pay close attention to detail. Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - to ensure ability to write test plans and test cases. To communicate bugs/issues to developers and other stakeholders. Strong persuasion skills and ability to communicate with highly technical domain experts. High level of familiarity with TWIKI. All Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
