Location: Tampa, FL (center).

Skills required for the position: COB, DISASTER RECOVERY, RISK MANAGEMENT, OPERATIONS.

Detailed Info: Manage Third Party CoB Assessments and Testing including: scheduling, initiating, testing and monitoring the progress of standardized CoB testing and CoB risk assessments, quality reviews; track exceptions and gaps for Third Parties across the region

Understand and convey emerging technologies for CoB, Redundancy, and Security (planning, prevention, and detection) to employees and Third Parties

Communicate Third Party testing or assessment issues to stakeholders, ensuring their understanding of associated risks and actions needed to remediate those risks

Follow CoB Third Party testing and assessment processes, execute and evaluate evidence to make appropriate decisions

Prepare and present Third Party testing and assessment results to management

Follow up with Third Party, Procurement and Third Party Relationship Managers to ensure critical and high risks are appropriately and directly mitigated

Coordinate and participate on internal / external Critical Third Party testing efforts: including but not limited to, coordination of business resources, test schedules, execution, results tracking and follow-up

Participate in the development/improvements of Testing and Assessment methodology and tools

Ensure compliance with enterprise policies and procedures

Partner with Third Party Management (TPM) , Third Party Utility (TPU) and Regional CoB teams to support the Regional Third Party portfolio


Development/Computing Environment: Bachelor's degree in business or computer science related field with 5+ years of relevant work experience

Experience in IT operations and support (systems or applications)

Understanding of IT system architectures used for redundancy and continuity of business, including software-as-a-service and cloud offerings

CISSP Certification highly desirable

Experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and/or Operational Risk is preferred

Familiarity with the emerging regulatory environment as it relates to Third Party risk management

Ability to manage assigned tasks, expectations and maintain key relationships across global regions and multiple countries

Self-motivated self-starter, energetic, resourceful and professional attitude is required

Proficiency in MS Office (extended knowledge of MS Excel is preferred)

Strong team-orientation, interpersonal skills and flexibility

Excellent follow-up skills with attention to detail.
