Detailed Info: Core activities associated with the position include, but not limited to, the following:
Coordinate and assist in TPM Vendor Demos; prepare documentation, outline requirements and create scorecards, reports
Develop all or portions of the following project artifacts as needed using MS Office, PowerPoint or Visio: Business Requirements Priority Matrix, Business Requirements Document, Gap Analysis Document, Functional Specifications, and Use Cases, others as identified
Create new or edit a wide variety of user process documents including operation process flows, Power Point training decks, and quick reference aides
Ability to quickly understand, design and document complex business processes
Ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups and various levels
Support technology to enable integrated reporting of the ESC Risk landscape
Persuade and influence stakeholders in other areas and occasional external parties through developed communication and negotiation skills
Provide in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions
Assist in implementation of the TPM solution
Development/Computing Environment: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of Information Technology experience in a large enterprise environment
Bachelor's degree; Masters in Information Technology or Business is a plus
Experience in business or operational analysis required
Experience with Third Party Management (TPM) is a plus
Detail oriented, organized and coordinate multiple tasks while producing quality documentation in short timeframes to ensure that business priorities are observed
Must be experienced and proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or Visio
Experience with Proof of Concept (POC) is a plus
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is required, as well as ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere
Excellent follow-up skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task, strong leadership skills, strong team-orientation and interpersonal skills, flexibility and strong analytical skills
Motivated self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; able to communicate and make presentation to all levels of management.
