Detailed Info: One of the key programs in the current Fund Accounting Transformation Portfolio is the Workflow and Automation program. The objective of the program is to re-design the current Fund Accounting business process and to deliver technology changes to support the target state model, automation, optimization, and legacy process retirement.

The role of the GFA Technology Program Manager will be pivotal in bringing these new optimization and digital capabilities to market globally and on-boarding the new business that is being generated. This is a high profile role within a highly ambitious and motivated global team of technology professionals.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of GFA Technology Transformation

Responsibilities

Manage delivery of a large complex strategic initiative crossing multiple disciplines, businesses, and/or organizations

Accountable for the ultimate success of the program and continued alignment with the business strategy

Responsible for the overall program rigor and discipline including stakeholder management, requirements management, risk management, financials, and communication plan (facilitating steering committees, regular program ceremonies, communicating with all levels of the organization including executive management)

Manage multiple related sub-projects and, in many cases, ongoing operations which are directed toward a common objective


Development/Computing Environment: Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, preferably in business management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred. Certified Scrum Master Preferred (CSM) with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is beneficial, 12 + years of project management experience required, experience with technology and financial services industry is a MUST

Preferred - 12 + years of project management experience required with solution delivery experience

Experience with technology and financial services industry is a must

5+ years' experience with Agile/Scrum.

5+ years large project [>$4m] / transformation delivery experience gained in Operations or Technology

Demonstrable experience of governing programs with exceptional rigor and discipline.
