Detailed Info: The Financial Crimes Technology (FCT) team is seeking a technology project manager to join the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) screening program. The AML program covers multiple applications that monitor transactions, sanctions and negative new/PEP screening, evaluate alerts risk, report suspicious behavior, and display statistics. The successful candidate will be comfortable covering multiple technology platforms, is able to succinctly manage release management across platforms to various stakeholders, and be driven to manage and lead deliveries.The project manager will:

-Work with senior stakeholders to understand their needs to and prioritization

-Determine and manage project scope, benefits, and risks

-Liaison between business and technical team

-Be a team player and collaborate with Development, User Experience, and Quality Assurance teams for project deliverables, and negotiate cross-divisional consensus

-Manage stakeholder relationships and change management requests

-Ensure projects are within scope, budget, and time constraints, and deliverables are of highest quality

-Work closely with developers and quality assurance team to communicate functional requirements and collectively define appropriate solution to meet user requirements-Identify potential risks, assess impact, and define mitigation strategies

Development/Computing Environment: equired Skills:

-7+ years in project management experience

-Strong communicator with interpersonal and stakeholder management skills-Working knowledge of project scheduling and estimation

-Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.

-Excellent with MS Office suite and Jira

-Self-starter who can multi-task while maintaining good organization and time management -Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and adopting to change

-Identifies and communicates solutions that not only meet the current need but have foresight into future situations with concern for reusability, risk mitigation, and alignment with firm strategy and regulatory climate.

-Familiarity in data analysis including impact analysis for data issues and upstream data changes. -Bachelors in computer science or a related field

Desired Skills:

-Financial Services experience is a significant plus-Scrum master or PMP certification

- AML/Sanction Screening Experience ( such as Actimize, Mantas, Accuity, Bridger Insight, Compliance Link)

-Object Oriented Design and Development

- Relational DBMS design and development

-Past experience with Morgan Stanley development environment-Master degree in computer science or a related field.
