Detailed Info: Provide active oversight of ESC Book of Work - conduct monthly reviews of program/project milestones with respective Project Managers, and ensure risks/issues are tracked in LPMT as per ESC PM Procedure requirements
Develop in-depth understanding of the ESC Program and Project Management Standards as well as the Organization PMO Charter and monitor adherence to these standards
Develop in-depth understanding of LPMT, the program/project data in the tool, and the reporting features.
Additional analysis and reporting as required on Key Initiative Status Reports (KISRs) and programs/projects identified as strategically aligned
Review Quality Assurance reporting and support the organization in resolving issues
Track and report of key performance indicators for ESC Book of work; Support the preparation of updates to ESC SLT on a monthly basis on major milestones, risks and issues and items that require escalation
Support preparation of the book-of-work report out of LPMT as required by CPMC
Coordinate project management related regulatory concerns and provide guidance during internal/external audits
Prepare the weekly LPMT book of work report and distributes to all Project Managers, submit KISR when applicable, and send Monthly PQA report
Manage a proactive process in capturing and conducting continuous reviews of Lessons Learned
Development/Computing Environment: Undergraduate degree required; preferably in BA or Project Management
1-2 years project management experience.
Attention to detail to ensure precision of data and overall quality of outputs
Strong written/verbal communication skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and shift from one task to another on short notice as priorities change
Highly proficient on MS Project and MS Office products.
Proactive, needs to be results driven
Team player with ability to handle strong personalities at all levels of the company.
Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills..
