Detailed Info: This role is part of the Business Data Management group in the Chief Data Office. The Chief Data Office's mandate is to establish an all-encompassing data governance, data management and data architecture framework across all business lines and functions. This is a high-profile initiative visible to the top executives.The Business Data Management group's mission is to establish core enabling principles, practices, and approaches for improving data management across the enterprise.

This role will focus primarily on improving the usage, accuracy and design of the Reference Data Model through the use of advance data modeling skills.

Support and guide Data Modelers/Technology SMEs for remediation of CRDM mappings

Validate updated CRDM mappings

Participate or lead CRDM mapping working sessions

Participate and support Citi Reference Data Model enrichment

Analize quality of CRDM mappings, provide reports, and statuses of remediation.

Development/Computing Environment: 10+ years of data/information modeling experience, in both UML and entity relationship modeling

5+ years of semantic modeling experience

10+ years of financial services domain experience, including coverage of risk, finance and compliance

Knowledge and understanding of the entire data management discipline including metadata management, reference/master data management and data quality monitoring and measurement

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;

Experience in working with key internal business stakeholders & IT teams

Preferably experience with Sparx EA

Preferably exposure to and awareness of ontology / semantic web technologies like OWL and ODM

Preferably exposure to financial industry standards and reference models, especially FIBO and FSDM

Soft skills required to work with a diverse team within and outside CDO, including senior executives;

Experience in achieving results in a project context using resources that do not report directly to you (e.g. from other teams/organizations, regions, etc. Excellent communication skills

Solid organizational and relationship building skills, at all levels

Bachelor's Degree / Masters Degree - Computer Science, Data Architecture
