Skills required for the position: Application Support, QA, UAT.
Detailed Info: This role is critical to providing ongoing application support that is currently being performed by the CDO in the interim. The objective is to transition responsibilities from CDO to this role.
Development/Computing Environment: Management of entitlements, monitoring and reviews
Issue resolution and support - user queries, functionality issues, etc.
Monitoring of processes and system performance
Managing pending / overdue workflows with report owners
Tracking of attestations and evidentiary materials including for prioritized reports (production attestations)
Managing quarterly confirmation process and support of annual / periodic review process
Quality assurance - monitoring and reporting of monthly inventory movements (additions, deletions, modifications) and associated reporting
User communications and notifications (outages, upgrades, attribute changes, etc.)
Maintaining user guides and training documentation
Support ad hoc project needs (incorporating attestations with corporate CFO attestation process, etc.)
Support UAT for new functionality
Contribute to new CRs development
Work with Technology team on triaging and resolving any issues
