Detailed Info: focused on supporting our client's efforts to develop and enhance their internal SharePoint site as well as migrate from existing sites. Specific areas of support would include web content design, copywriting, and SharePoint design and development. Primary Job Functions: Facilitating the development of site structures and functionality to reflect business needs. Creating team sites and sub-sites within existing site collections. Creating new workflows and assisting with the management of site structure. Site collection management and administration. Consult internal clients on site content strategy and development. Troubleshoot/optimize existing sites to maximize usefulness and functionality. Interact with users/content developers to highlight benefits of system and expose new users to full suite of functionality. Develop and publish updates for functional Intranet sites with focus on delivering excellent quality design to maximize user experience. Work well with multiple projects and deadlines. Advising on appropriate security levels within sites.


Development/Computing Environment: Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2013. Programming in HTML and JavaScript. MS Office / Adobe Acrobat. Technical SharePoint knowledge at the level of "Site Collection Administrator", including the use of SharePoint Designer 2013 is required. SharePoint development and support experience including the deployment, management, administration and monitoring of SharePoint sites. Knowledge of SharePoint best practice, common pitfalls and how to repair/avoid/prevent. Sound understanding of the principles of effective knowledge sharing and collaboration. Candidate must be focused, self-motivated and require limited supervision. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including writing for the web. Open to diverse set of work assignments with dynamic timelines. Ability to analyze business problems and enhancement requests and use the business application environment to implement solutions.
