  • 7+ Years of development using: C/C++, Linux (KVM, Internals, Tuning).

  • At least 2 to 3 years of (recent/current) experience building: Low-Latency/High-Frequency Electronic Trading Systems Development

  • Advanced Equities (or Fixed Income) product knowledge.

Description of work:

This individual will be responsible for contributing to the continued success of our state of the art, cutting edge, ultra-high frequency, low latency electronic trading system. It will be his/her job to ensure that the system continues to run at peak efficiency while maintaining the high level of performance, data ingestion, distribution and trade execution at sub-tick speeds. This person will additionally be responsible for working on greenfield projects and building out new functionality and applications for Equity Traders operating in the front office.

The environment is Linux on C/C++ and requires that the new hire possess current and recent experience working on that platform.


  • 7+ years of C/C++ coding experience

  • Experience tuning the KVM

  • At least 3 years of current/recent experience building/developing high-frequency, low latency electronic trading systems.

  • Must possess some experience with Fixed Income, Equities or similar products, understanding of the full trade life cycle.

  • Must be detail and task oriented and be able to think outside of the box to get things done right, once.

  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • At least a Bachelor's degree from an accredited school or university in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar discipline.
