Detailed Info: to be responsible for production environment. the team is responsible for triaging application issues and driving to get to the root cause of issues impacting our space. the team is also responsible for improving the application monitoring to make sure we are able to detect and triage production issues within SLA. As owners of the space the team also drives stability by detecting issues and working with partner teams to implement the improvements.

Development/Computing Environment: Must have financial services experience. Level 3 application support. Triage, root cause, monitoring of web based applications. Application support or Development background. Working knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML. Basic scripting skils. Desired Skills: Application monitoring experience. Knowledge with monitoring tools like Splunk, Intorscope & Appdynamics..
