Location: Midtown-East, NYC, NY

Description of Work:
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will Support the firm's software, hardware, and network offerings coordinate with internal/external vendors, clients and executives. Install, manage, and maintain the global private IP network - connectivity and infrastructure. Integrate and support offerings in clients' environments. Be responsible for troubleshooting and debugging application issues. Hardware installation on VMWARE, CITRIX, and etc).
Job Requirements (must have):
A Bachelor's degree.
Knowledge of router commands, network protocols (i.e. SFTP, TCP, UDP, BGP, and RIP)
Working with multiple tech and business teams.
Detail, Task and Goal oriented.
Experience supporting technology across a multitude of platforms.
PC hardware, operating systems and software suites including Windows & Mac OS.
Excellent communication and Customer Service skills
Preferred Qualifications (nice to have):
Telecommunication lines, network design, and network certification.
Advanced Excel/VBA knowledge.
FIX 4.0, FIX 4.2, and Fix 4.4.
