Detailed Info: to work with MSP, MSSP and internal Management to maintain and administer technology

infrastructure and troubleshoot problems as they arise. Work closely with audit personnel regarding IT best practices and policies. Provide superior support while interacting with business users from all departments. Oversee the development and installation of new hardware and software. Ensure constant availability of technical resources. Design and implement security systems and redundant backups to maintain data safety. Research, propose and implement potential technology improvements. Interact with department head and MSP on all Firm IT infrastructure decisions. Work closely with external auditors to satisfy all technology requirements while maintaining documented records of change control activities. Write custom scripts to reduce the need for human intervention. Provide desktop support when necessary to resolve technical issues in a timely fashion. Member of the DR/BCP Team. Development/Computing Environment: 5+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field required. Proven track record of success in installation and maintenance of Windows-based software. Deep understanding of network infrastructure and design. Experience creating automated scripts and software preferred. Citrix. VMWare and SAN technology. ManageEngine ServiceDesk experience a plus. Active Directory. SQL Server. Powershell experience preferred. COMPETENCIES: Diligence & Attention to Detail-demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, monitor own work to ensure

quality control of all work product. Planning & Organizing-prioritize and plan work activities proactively and independently, use time efficiently and maintain high level of organization.
