Detailed Info:

Individual:

  • Provide exceptional candidate experience for both internal and external candidates going through sourcing to onboarding process.

  • Manage a "high-touch" recruiting related coordination

  • Responsible for tracking, monitoring systems, and pulling reports for business application through Workday.

  • Process internal mobility transactions for hierarchy changes for employees related to job changes.

  • Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.

  • Maintain a working knowledge of recruiting policies and procedures, and transfer knowledge to broader team

  • Support and develop employer branding projects

  • Develop and produce offer letters for HRBP's to sign-off

  • Track and measure the effectiveness of recruiting events to ensure ROI

Shared:

  • Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and reporting systems.

  • Support the development of the coordination and automation of the recruitment function.

  • Support various projects and recruiting-related efforts as needed

  • Develop sourcing plans, market research and mapping projects to support proactive recruitment model.

  • Support the development of digital campaigns and key content to engage candidates, and enhance Company employer brand.

  • Advise and support our on-going efforts to automate tasks within the recruitment cycle.

  • Support and develop TA analytics and reports

  • Tracking and supporting the analytics to help us identify current trends and the changing needs of the recruiting market.
