Detailed Info: Enterprise Data Services Solution Architect to focus on a portfolio of programs, products, large projects and business applications. Taking responsibility of overall architecture activities creating deliverables which can enable and alter business processes.
This is a highly technical role, providing leadership and technical delivery of excellent client solutions
Exceptional knowledge of software development, systems engineering best practices, and methodologies.
This new hire will have a true passion for data, efficiency, and accuracy. It will be their job to maintain and leverage knowledge of a specific, strategically significant technology platforms and implement change that leverages the platform to meet the needs of the business.
Responsible for facilitating the construction of business models, including business capabilities, functions and processes and organization design, as well as working collaboratively with business strategists, process owners and subject matter experts. The role focuses on business technology strategy and targeted business outcomes - clarifying strategic intentions; identifying business outcomes; exploring implications, impacts and risks; and addressing stakeholders questions.
Development/Computing Environment: At least 5 or more years of experience working as a Solution Architect
Strong knowledge of Master Data and Enterprise Data Management products, solutions, and best design and development practices.
The ability to lead, and manage technical teams on multiple projects at once.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge and experience creating Workflow diagrams, and using other tools such as visio, ms project, excel, and etc.
A Master's level degree in technology, computer science or related speciality is highly desired.
Prior experience managing people, technical projects, products, budgets, clients.
The ability to spearhead executive meetings, work with other teams, and business stakeholders.
Prior experience in the Financial, Insurance or Retirment Fund Services industry or similar business environment.
