Detailed Info: provide customers with great relationship management, with useful BI insights, design, develop and deliver sourcing, analysis reports and tools for the firm's financial products and service offerings. Perform discovery and analysis; Prepare sourcing, integration and reporting deliverables with little oversight; Mentor and Support team members for continuous improvement. Adhere to project timelines, MSA SLA's, proactively plan and coordinate efforts with others. Align with internal and external stakeholders and briefing them on results to insure all sourcing deliverables and program data are of high quality.

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to target opportunities and define deliverable scope.

Develop models and perform analysis to final client deliverables.

Develop data business rules

Assist with development of staging, integrated and reporting-ready data

Data visualization creation using best practices

Data abstraction, validation, modeling, interpretation and reporting.

Lead data discovery efforts

Support data solutions (program design, report design, data feed design, data aggregation, etc.).

Deliver ad hoc reports and analytics

Participate in reviews

Development/Computing Environment: Expertise in Relational Databases, Data warehousing, Big Data and business intelligence platforms with at least 7 years of experience especially with querying and structuring databases using PL/SQL (T-SQL) and Hive (or Hue)

Extensive data sourcing, integration and BI experience and leadership of large-scale data initiatives including: data deliveries and understanding/applying business rules and data best practices

Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience working in the Financial and/or Retirement Planning services industries

Ability to work independently and self-directed and effectively interact with internal business partners, technology teams, stakeholders and external clients on multiple, concurrent projects while maintaining a solid attention to detail.

Expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

At least a Bachelors' degree in computer science, mathematics or similar
