Detailed Info: The IT Applications Systems Analyst will be responsible for understanding our business requirements and designing software applications that meet those requirements using existing technology.
Writing technical documentation for existing software applications.
Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications for software applications.
Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution to software
Delivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes,
or other detailed deliverables.
Performing quality assurance.
Defining reporting requirements.
Assisting with designing, documenting and maintaining system processes.
Reporting on common sources of technical issues or questions and making recommendations to
Communicating key insights and findings to product team.
Assisting with developing operational methods and standards for documentation.
Creating manuals and learning materials relating to the various systems and support activities.
Ensuring technical verbiage is easy to understand by the layperson.
Preparing charts, graphs, workflows and other visual representations of information.
Providing updates and revisions as necessary.
Development/Computing Environment: Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance.
Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing.
Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization
Solid experience in writing SQL queries (Oracle experience preferred).
Basic knowledge in generating process documentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Bachelor's degree in CS/MIS or equivalent plus four (4) years related experience and/or training..
