Detailed Info: Essential skills:
Identity Management project experience (at least 5 years) in a complex environment, including identity stores, provisioning/de-provisioning, authentication and authorization, SSO, privilege management, and group/attribute management.
Experienced with data transformation and real time integration strategies and technologies (ETL, Web Services, Messaging).
Experience implementing vendor solutions for large-scale, enterprise systems.
Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
Ability to work with senior management required and communicate clearly and frequently to both technical analysts and non-technical business leaders.
A strong collaborator with a demonstrated ability to influence broadly and challenge conventional thinking. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We would like to find a resource who has extensive experience in one or more of the following disciplines and who can clearly articulate what it takes to be successful with such projects.
Development/Computing Environment: Responsible for driving "end to end" Project Management, from the annual planning process and business case preparation, thru initiation, planning and delivering all aspects of a successful project. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
Understanding of Role Management, System software integration management (code versioning, environments progression and testing)
Knowledgeable of software quality assurance principles, standards and tools (Jira plugins), Accessibility WCAG 2.0AA+, Understand and read Perl code, Draw.io, LucidCharts, or similar with UML , working with LDAP, AD, Testing framework tools as Selenium, etc., Accessibility testing tools
Additional Qualification: Previous program management exp.strongly preferred
PMP, Scrum Certification and Scrum Master.
