Detailed Info: TEMPORARY Service Desk Analyst to support our Service Desk.
This position will be focused primarily on phone operator tasks, account resets, and some wireless configuration and troubleshooting. minimum of 1 month, with the end date unknown at this time, and begin ASAP!
2-day shifts: 9am-5pm and 8am-4pm
1 -evening shift. 4pm-12am
Development/Computing Environment: Responsible for the following:
Answering Directory calls
Verify ID for password resets
Wireless configuration and troubleshooting
Providing excellent customer service
Superior Customer Service experience
Written and verbal communication skills
Quickly follow written and/or verbal directions
Must be able to communicate with others in an efficient and professional manne.
