Detailed Info:

  • Provide technical assistance to employees. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person or remotely. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.

  • Position requires a very versatile technician capable of quickly adapting to various environments.

  • 35hrs a week


Development/Computing Environment:

  • Windows and MacOS Operating Systems (install, troubleshoot, backup, restore, upgrade)

  • Configure and troubleshoot Hardware (desktops, laptops for Apple / Dell / Microsoft; printers, webcams, monitors)

  • Android and iPhone Mobile Devices (Setup, troubleshoot, backup, transfer data, install apps, setup email, setup wireless)

  • Outlook, Thunderbird, & Apple Mail Email Clients (setup, troubleshoot, backup, restore, upgrade)

  • Networking (IP / MAC Address, Wireless Setup on Laptops or Mobile Devices, troubleshoot connection)

  • Data Backup / Restore / Upgrade (computers and smartphones)

  • Active Directory (Join to AD, Local Admin Access, troubleshoot)

  • Hard Drives (SATA, SSD, Wipe, Clone, Restore, Types of Formats, etc)

  • Remote Desktop Connection

  • Printers (setup, configure, troubleshoot, add local and network printers)

  • Monitors (Single or Dual Setup with or without video adapters).
